kuat makan .. n metabolism



Lunch time …..
Friend of mine: u makan byk jugak ek faza..
Faza yg kuat mkn : laa baru tau ker…(grinning)

Dialog atas nie dh byk kali rotate sepanjang aku hidup hahaha so amat menunjukkan aku kuat makan dan suker makan ~ngeeee..

Owh jgn salah faham yer kwn2.. dialog ke-2 aku paste kat entry nih bukan bertujuan utk memuji diri sendri just want to share the fact that we have different body system .. means...

Some people can eat as much as they want but don’t gain any weight n still skinny..
Some people they don’t eat that much but yeah still gain weight..


Nie semua depends our metabolism.. high or low... So sile faham dan fahami lagi how your body works to stay fit and healthy =)


p/s: everybody’s body is different.. so treat yours well ..

  5. rasanya kebanyakan orang sebelum kahwin makan mcm mana pun steady jer..lepas kawin tu yg naik...moralnya: metabolisma badan berkurang lepas kawin kot...

  7. Edi, yup agree with u!! that what i said "So sile faham dan fahami lagi how your body works"... biler u become older ur metabolism akan menurun and at the same time u still eat much then if u want to keep health n fit kene rajin exercise =)

    mkn bnyk pon berat maintain..
    cara nak kesan metabolisme tinggi atau rendah dgn tgk berapa cepat seseorang tu berpeluh..
    metabolisme tinggi means dia cepat berpeluh..kalo lambat, sebaliknya..
